Sunday Brunch sandwhiches

6 slices egg bread
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp dijon style mustard
6 turkey slices (or ham)
6 slices cheddar cheese
1 tomatoe, thinly sliced
3 eggs
1/4 cup milk
dash of pepper

butter one side of each slice of bread and spread mustard on the other side. On the mustard side - add the turkey, cheese and tomatoe. Cover with buttered bread...butter side out. Slice diagonally and place in 11x7 inch baking dish. Whisk together eggs, milk and pepper - pour over sandwhiches. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes until crisp and golden. Makes 6 servings.
