Cheesy Chick n' Broc Casserole
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts 3 Small bunches of broccoli White rice 1 chicken bullion cube 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cheddar cheese soup 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1/4 tsp. celery salt 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cook chicken thoroughly and cut into cubes
Boil broccoli, drain
Measure water, adding bullion cube, to prepare 4 servings of white rice. Follow directions on rice box
In a bowl combine: Both soups, mayonnaise, pepper, curry powder, and celery salt
Mix chicken and rice into soup mixture and pour over broccoli in a glass casserole dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
*For a spicy flavor, add 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
