Pretty and Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup Peanut Butter 1 egg
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup colored sugar if desired for rolling

Preheat oven-375*

Mix Peanut Butter, egg and white sugar together until creamy. (Let the kids help add the sugar and the Peanut Butter). I let my kids mix with wooden spoons then I finish with a mixer. Make into balls and roll in colored sugar. I use the colored sugar because it is more fun for the kids. Put on ungreased cookie sheet and press down with fork. I let my kids do this part too. :) Bake for approx.8-10 minutes. They may make a mess and the cookies may not be beautiful but spending time with them and letting them help is the beautiful part to me. Good luck!! Hope you enjoy. If you want to add a few chocolate chips to the batter my kids like them that way too.
