Cappuccino Brownies

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
3 tablespoons instant coffee granules
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup oil
1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla
4 egg whites

Heat oven to 350. Spray 9-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray. In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, coffee granules, baking powder, and salt; set aside.

In large bowl, combine oil, vanilla, egg whites; beat 1 minute at medium speed with electric mizer. Add dry ingredients; beat an additional 1 minute or until smooth. Pour batter into spray-coated pan. Bake 17 to 23 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with a coffee bean, if desired.

Serves 16. Per serving: 132 calories, 4 grams fat, 1 gm fiber
