Mexicorn salad

1 can Green Giant Mexicorn, drained
2 green onions, chopped
1 small can sliced black olives, drained
4 teaspoons jalapeno peppers, canned
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
Hellmann's mayonnaise
pepper, to taste
1 1/2 cups crushed Fritos

Mix all ingredients, except Fritos, with enough mayo to hold together (2 or 3 tablespoons). Cover and chill mixture for 2 to 4 hours. Before serving, toss or top with crushed Fritos.
