Broccoli Casserole

4 boxes of frozen chopped broccoli
1 8 oz. cup of sour cream
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 egg
3 c. shredded cheese ( 2 cups mixed into, 1 cup sprinkled on top)
2 c. crushed saltines or twigs crackers
salt
pepper

Preheat oven to 425
Boil broccoli until cooked, drain. Pour into 9X11 pan. Add 2 cups of the cheese and stir. Add remaining ingredients. Stir together. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top, then sprinkle crackers on top of cheese.

Place in oven until crackers are browned and cheese is melted. approx. 25 minutes
