Sourdough Chicken

you need:
Loaf of sourdough bread
1/2 chicken breast per serving
Lite Ranch
Italian seasoning
Seasoned salt
garlic powder
paprika

Preparation:
cut the bread into single serving slices and toast it lightly (I use the toaster oven). Coat both sides of the chicken with Italian seasoning, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Then grill it (I use the George Fforman grill, but a pan coated in Pam and covered works just as well) until it is cooked all the way through. Spread ranch on the toasted bread, put the chicken breast on top and drizzle with ranch.
