CASSEROLE PAN
LARGE POT TO BOIL THE WATER FOR THE SHELLS. PUT THE SHELLS IN TO THE BOILING WATER (MAKE SURE THE WATER COVERS THE SHELLS) LET THEM BOIL FOR 10 TO 15 MINUTES.WHILE THEY ARE BOILING YOU CAN START TO BROWN THE GROUND BEEFIN A LARGE SAUCE PAN. AFTER THE MEAT IS BROWN, TRY TO DRAIN OUT AS MUCH OIL AS YOU CAN. LEAVE THE FIRE UNDER THE SAUCE PAN AT LOW NOW. ADD THE PASTA SAUCE 1/2 OF IT. ALSO ADD THE BREAD CRUMBS(SLOWLY)YOU ARE GOING TO 1ST PUT A SMALL LAYER OF BREAD CRUMBS ON TO OF THE SAUCE AND MEAT AND MIX TOGETHER IF IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE ALL THE MEAT & SAUCE HAS SOME BREAD CRUMBS ON IT ADD MORE YOU WANT IT TO LOOK A LITTLE DRY. NOW ADD THE TWO EGGS. THIS WILL BLEND ALL THE STUFF TOGETHER. THE EGG WILL COOK DON'T WORRY. NOW THE 10 TO 15 MINUTES SHOULD HAVE PAST AND YOU NEED TO DRAIN THE SHELLS AND PUT THEM ON A CLEAN PAPER CLOTH. WHEN THEY ARE COOL YOU ARE GOING TO STUFF ALL THE STUFF IN THE SAUCE PAN IN TO THE SHELL(NOTE IF YOU TRY THIS WHILE THE SHELLS ARE HOT YOU WILL BURN YOUR FINGERS)PICK UP THE SHELLS AND USE A SPOON AND PUT THE STUFFING INTO THE SHELLS .THERE IS NEVER TOO MUCH STUFFING IN A SHELL. YOU WILL NEED A MED.CASSEROLE PAN ON THE BOTTOM ON THIS PAN PUT JUST ENOUGH SAUCE TO COVER THE PAN. THEM PUT THE SHELLS YOU STUFFED ON TOP OF THE SAUCE FILL THE PAN WITH ALL THE SHELLS IF YOU HAVE ANY EXTRA STUFFING PUT IT ON TOP OF THE SHELLS KNOW TAKE A HAND FULL OF THE 2 CHEESE AND SPRINKLE IT ON TOP OF THE SHELLS . ADD THE REST OF THE PASTA SAUSE ON TOP OF THE CHEESE AND PUT THE REST OF THE CHEESE ON SAUCE IF YOU LIKE A LOT PUT ALOT IF NOT JUST COVER THE SAUCE. PUT INTO A OVEN (ON A COOKIE SHEET) AT 350 DEG. FOR ABOUT 20 MIN OR UNTIL ALL THE CHEESE ON TOP MELTS. ALL THE STUFF IN SIDE THIS DISH I COOKED SO DO NOT WORRY TOO MUCH. TAKE THE DISH OUT AND LET IT SIT FOR A WHILE. YOU WILL SERVE UP 2 TO 3 SHELLS FOR ADULTS. THEY MAY LOOK NOT LIKE MUCH BUT THEY ARE VERY FILLING. YOU MAY WANT TO SERVE WITH BREAD.
