Low Fat Classic Lasagna

1 - 15 oz. container Fat Free Ricotta Cheese
3C (12 oz.) Part-Skim Mozarella Cheese (divided)
3/4 C Shredded Parmesan Cheese (divided)
1/2 C Egg Beaters or Egg Substitute
1 lb. Italian Chicken Sausage (sweet), browned & drained
1 jar (28 ozs.) any flavor Ragu or Heintz spaghetti sauce
9 lasagna noodles, drained

Mix ricotta, 2 C mozarella, 1/2 C parmesan cheese & egg beaters. Set aside. Mix sausage & spaghetti sauce.

Layer 3 noodles on bottom. Add 1/3 of the sauce mixture & 1/3 ricotta cheese mixture in 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Repeat layers. Top with remaining ricotta mixture, rest of sauce & parmesan cheese.

Bake covered with foil at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover last 5 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. ENJOY!
