Fudgy Cake

Use any chocolate or devil's food cake mix.
Bake as directed using a 9 x 13 " pan.
When the cake is done, cool for 10 min. While the cake is warm.... poke with the back of a wooden spoon about 30 times evenly spaced. Now pour carmel or chocolate ice cream topping over the top of the cake and let the topping slide
(soak) in. Next mix 1 small pke Cool whip with 8 oz. cream cheese. Spread evenly. Sprinkle this layer with 4 oz heath bar bits. Drizzle with enough chocolate topping to make for presentation. Reserve about 3 T. from your jar.
