TACO BURGERS!! PLUS MILD SALSA
INGREDIENTS: 1 LB GROUND BEEF, 4 FAJITA WRAPS, 3 TBS CUMMIN, 3 TBS CHILI POWDER, 2 TBS SALT, 1 TBS VEGETABLE OIL, 1 CAN TOMATOES, 1 CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER, 1 SMALL CHOPPED ONION, PLUS TACO TOPPINGS OF YOUR CHOICE, I.E. SHREDDED CHEESE, LETTUCE, TOMATO. IN A MEDIUM BOWL COMBINE GROUND BEEF, CUMMIN, CHILI POWDER AND 1 TBS SALT. USING HANDS, MIX WELL. FORM INTO 4 PATTIES, IN A LARGE SKILLET, COOK PATTIES UNTIL DESIRED DONENESS. (BEST IF WELL DONE). PUT SALSA, AND TOPPINGS IN THE CENTER OF THE WRAP, PILING ON TOP, THEN ADD PATTY ON TOP. BRING FOUR SIDES OF WRAP TO THE CENTER OF THE PATTY, AND TURN OVER TO SECURE, CUT IN HALF AND ENJOY. TO MAKE SALSA: HEAT OIL IN SAUCEPAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT, ADD ONIONS, GREEN PEPPER AND SALT, SAUTE UNTIL SOFTENED, REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ADD TOMATOES. CRUSH TOMATOES WITH FORK. MIX WELL.
