Empinadas
You will need: 1/2 Lb. of gound beef you can also use ground turkey or pices of chicken breast cut up into small bite size pieces. Recaito, Sazon, Adobo, green olives (already siced) about 1 table spoon, Onion(optional) Garlic powder or better yet 1table spoon of minced garlic, white american cheese or any cheese you prefer, Goya empinada shells these are usualyy found in the frozen food section and the other spanish seasoning are found in the ethic section of the store. You will need a fying pan and vegetable oil just enough to deep fry someting. Now you will need to Brown you meat in a seperate pan and include all ingridents except cheese and shells. Now seperate shells and lay flat. Cut cheese length wise and place half of the slice on one shell and put about 1-2 tablespoons of meant mixture in center. Fold shell over and press clsoe with a fork. Heat up oil and place cmpleted shell in and fry until golden brown.
