Vegetable manchurian INGREDIENTS: 4 TEACUPS CABBAGE FINELY CHOPPED 11\2 “ CARROTS GRATED 1 ONION CHOPPED 2 TABLESPOON CORNFLOUR 5 “ PLAIN FLOUR 3-4 CLOVES GARLIC FINELY CHOPPED 1 GREEN CHILLI, “ 2 PINCHES BLACK PEPPER SALT TO TASTE AND OIL TO FRY FOR THE SAUCE 1 TABLESPOON GARLIC FINELY CHOPPED 2 TEASPOON GREEN CHILLIES “ “ GINGER “ 1 TABLESPOON CORNFLOUR 1 TEACUP WATER 1 TABLESPOON SOYA SAUCE 2 PINCHES SUGAR 2 TABLESPOON OIL SALT TO TASTE PREPARATION MIX THE CABBAGE ,CARROTS,CORNFLOUR,ONION,PLAIN FLOUR,GARLIC,CHILLI,SALT AND PEPPER IN A BOWL.SHAPE SPOONFUL OF THE MIXTURE INTO SMALL BALLS.IF U FIND IT DIFFICULT TO FORM BALLS SPRINKLE SOME WATER.DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. FOR THE SAUCE HEAT OIL IN A PAN ON HIGH FLAME .ADD GARLI, CHILLI AND GINGER AND FRY FOR A FEW SEC. ON A HIGH FLAME. MIX CORNFLOUR WITH 1\4 WATER.ADD WATER,SOYA SAUCE,CORNFLOUR MIXTURE,SUGAR,SALT AND COOK FOR A FEW MIN
JUST BEFORE SERVING PUT THE BALLS IN SAUCE AND COOK FOR A FEW MIN .SERVE HOT UR MANCHURIAN IS READY TO EAT ENJOY
