Chili Meatloaf

2 lbs ground beef
1 egg
2 slices of dry bread broken into small pieces
1 package/envelope of Chili seasoning
1 small onion diced
1 carrot shredded

Mix all ingredients. Shape into loaf and place into 9x13 pan. (I use a glass pan). Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour
