Aloo Chaat Veg & Tangy
Ingredients 2 large sized Potato (boiled & peeled) 1 large sized Sweet potato (boiled & peeled) 1 inch piece Ginger (julienned) 1½ tbsps Lemon juice Salt to taste 1 large sized Ripe banana 2 tbsps Tamarind pulp 2 Green chilli (finely chopped) 1 tsp Chaat masala 2 tbsps Fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped)
method Add half teaspoon of lemon juice and a pinch of salt to the ginger julienne and keep in the refrigerator. Cut potatoes and sweet potatoes into one inch sized cubes. Peel and cut banana into one inch sized pieces, apply half teaspoon lemon juice and keep aside. In a mixing bowl take potatoes, sweet potatoes and bananas. Add remaining lemon juice, tamarind pulp, green chillies, chaat masala, salt, chopped coriander leaves and toss lightly. Serve garnished with ginger julienne.
