Creamy shrimp pesto

1. Defrost spinach and squeeze out the water
2. Sautee mushroom in a screaming hot pan. Add salt and pepper AFTER they turn brown.
3. Boil noodles until al dente. Drain and mix in spinach
4. Sautee the shrimp scampi style (Garlic, butter, touch of lemon if you have it)
5. Combine mushrooms, tomatoes and shrimp until the tomatoes get warm. Then mix them in with the noodles and spinach.
6. Top with chopped chives and parmesan cheese. Yum!
