Apple Pudding

1/2 cup butter

1 c sugar

2 eggs

1 c flour

2 c apples (peeled and chopped)

1/2 c chopped nuts

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp cinnamon

Dash salt



Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl, combine all
ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into a greased and
floured 8-inch baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool and
serve with whipped cream.
