Beef Stroganoff

3lbs. stew meat tenderized
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 can beef broth
1pkg onion soup mix (lipton works best)
1 can of mushrooms (can use fresh if desired)
16 oz. sour cream.
Put everything in a crock pot and mix together. Turn on low for about 7-8 hours, or high for 3-4 hours. Add sour cream right before serving. I servie it over rice and it's great, but can use egg noodles as well.
